Mason in Lexington

We are a group of Christian mothers fostering relationships among families educating in the Charlotte Mason philosophy, with the hope of nourishing the body, mind, and spiritual life of our participants. We offer a once a month meeting, alternating between a volume study or a Mother’s Enrichment Evening.

Our volume study meets in Lexington and includes discussion of one of Charlotte Mason’s six volumes as well as sharing updates and homeschooling recommendations with the other moms.

Our Mother’s Enrichment Evening is a different theme each month. Previous themes have included Shakespeare, folk singing, handicrafts, and a Christmas book swap.

Our families have kids ranging from the early years to high school. We welcome like-minded Christian families who are interested in Charlotte Mason and are looking for friendship, encouragement, and community.
