Woodland Homeschool Fellowship ~ A CM Community

New CM community in Central Kentucky! We invite fellow Charlotte Mason home-educating families for regular fellowship in Casey County, Kentucky and the surrounding areas. If you are new to the method, we welcome you to learn more! We will host a Natural History Club, Fine Arts Fridays, field trips, recitation days, Mother culture teas and a CM study group. Nature Study & Habit Lessons Co-op

Hi fam! We are a group of homeschool families who value community. We meet at the park every Wednesday (9:30am to 12:30pm until it gets too cold; then 1-4 in the winter). If the weather is bad, group will be moved indoors.

We begin with 30 minutes of free/play time. Next, we move into a habit lesson from Laying Down the Rails for Children, followed by a nature study. The remaining time is for fellowship.

All ages are welcome. Feel free to reach out with questions.

We are a nature group that meets bi-monthly in the Colorado Springs area. We explore new areas as well as visit our favorite spots to observe seasonal changes. We vary activities such as; nature journal, hike, explore, and fellowship. We always do a lot of free play! Oldest child must be at least 7 years old. We are busy moms, please allow 7-10 days for us to respond to your email. Thanks!

Evening of Encouragement (Parents’ Midwest Education Union)

A discussion group for educators to encourage and support each other in our journey to teach. Our readings are from the writings of Charlotte Mason.

PMEU stands for Parents Midwest Education Union and is a name we use to describe this group. It's a play on Charlotte Mason's PNEU - Parents' National Education Union, a resource arm for her schools.
