We aim to educate the whole child with good habits, great books, and guided discovery.  Good habits lead to good character, great books foster a love of learning and guided discovery makes learning stick. In A Large Room, A Charlotte Mason community in Sussex County, New Jersey.

We invite you to join our local CM community!

Activities include:

- Monthly book club for mothers studying the Charlotte Mason volumes
- Homeschool community weekly gathering for a delightful afternoon full of beauty and goodness. Afternoon occupations include singing, folk dancing, recitation, scouting, handicrafts and nature study.
- Seasonal activities: picnics, camping, Christmas party and end-of-year celebration

The goal for this community is to connect homeschooling families already using the Charlotte Mason philosophy of education, as well as to connect and encourage homeschooling families new to the Charlotte Mason method in Sussex County, NJ and surrounding areas.
